The first several years of my path of going into higher places in Him, I had to work a secular job to support my family. I just found some brainless jobs were I worked with my body in some way, so that my mind was freed up to focus all day on what I needed to.
Your mind and heart can being doing something else when your body is just driving a bus, watering plants, mowing yards, laying grass, etc, etc.
And, in fact, some of those jobs helped me focus because I had alot of nervous energy and ADD back then.
So… be encouraged! :>)
